1. Your choice
When you first visit the website, a cookie notice is displayed. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. We enable analytics and marketing cookies only after obtaining your consent. Accepting and refusing cookies are equally easy.
You can change your decision at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you disable strictly necessary cookies, some website functions (e.g. booking or purchasing) may not work.
2. Which cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These ensure the operation and security of the website, language and currency selection, the shopping cart, checkout and the storage of your cookie preferences. They are set by the website platform Shopify (e.g. localization, cart, cart_currency, _shopify_essential, secure_customer_sig, _tracking_consent). Their lifespan ranges from the end of the browsing session to 1 year. Legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring the operation of the website; no consent is required for them.
Analytics
These help us understand which pages are visited and how the website is used so that we can improve it. We use Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, valid for up to 2 years) and Shopify statistics (e.g. _shopify_y, _shopify_s, valid from 30 minutes to 1 year). They are enabled only with your consent.
Marketing
These allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to display relevant information on social networks. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel (_fbp, valid for up to 3 months). They are enabled only with your consent.
Third-party content
The “Google Maps” map on the contact page is loaded only after you click the “Show map” button. The consultation booking system and tools protecting against automated requests (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA) may use their own cookies when you use them.
3. Data transfers
Google, Meta and Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area. The safeguards applied are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Legal basis and contact details
We use cookies in accordance with the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania and the GDPR. Please send any questions by email to rasa@rasavaicekauskyte.lt.
The list of cookies may change when we update the website or our service providers. The current version is always published on this page.
