These documents and the list of attorneys are published on the Lithuanian Bar Association’s website advokatura.lt.

2. Website content is not legal advice

Articles, insights, case descriptions and other content provide information of a general nature. It was prepared at a particular point in time and may not reflect subsequent changes in legislation or case law. The content is no substitute for an individual consultation in which the specific circumstances are assessed.

The results of previous cases do not guarantee the same result in another case: the outcome of each case depends on its circumstances and evidence. Case descriptions are presented in such a way that the identity of clients and confidential information are not disclosed.

3. When an attorney-client relationship arises

An enquiry, submission of the contact form, an email or a consultation booking does not in itself create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship arises once we have carried out a conflict of interest check and agreed on the services – by concluding a contract or confirming a consultation. Until then, we recommend that you do not provide confidential information or documents and that you do not miss any procedural deadlines while waiting for our response.

4. Intellectual property

The website’s texts, video and audio recordings, photographs, logo, design and other material are protected by copyright and other legislation. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. A short extract may be quoted, provided that the source is cited and a link is given. Any other copying, distribution, recording, modification or public communication requires the prior written consent of the Partnership.

5. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to the websites of media outlets, institutions or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Liability

We endeavour to ensure that the information is accurate and that the website operates without interruption, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance solely on the website content without an individual consultation.

7. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, automatically collect its content or use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Personal data and cookies

9. Governing law and changes to the terms
